Grilled Turkey Burgers & Zucchini

Ingredients:
- Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb ground turkey (we like 90% lean)
- 1/2 bell pepper– diced
- 1/4 red onion– diced
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
- 2-3 tbsp goat cheese
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- Zucchini
- 2 zucchini– quartered
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp adobo seasoning
- Spicy Mayo
- 4 parts mayo
- 1 part sriracha
Directions:
- Preheat Grill
- Combine all burger ingredients in large bowl and combine. Mixture should form 4 patties. Set aside.
- Toss zucchini (or vegetable of choice) with oil and seasoning. (Can substitute adobo for other preferred flavors)
- Once grill has preheated, add patties to grill. Grill for ~10 and flip patties half way. Add zucchini to grill, with 5 minutes left.
- While grill is going, mix together the mayo and sriracha.
- Once burgers have reached a minimum internal temp of 165 degrees– enjoy!
- Garnish burgers with toppings of choice (and spicy mayo)!
