Meet Andrew
Andrew Wade, MS, RDN, LDN, CSSD is the owner and founder of Case Specific Nutrition. As a nutrition entrepreneur, Andrew authored Marathon Ready: a Runner’s Quick Nutrition Guide, created the OptiLife Academy – an online nutrition and exercise course – and developed the Rate My Day mobile app for personal accountability. Andrew earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and completed his dietetic internship with Adagio Health. Andrew speaks frequently on a variety of topics including nutrition, wellness, mindset, performance, entrepreneurship, legacy and impact.
