In addition to the expert Nutritional Counseling offered at all Case Specific Nutrition locations, this location is also home to Case Specific Athletics. Services include:

All training and coaching services are created by our highly educated training staff. Our Head Coach, Jeremiah Rowe, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a Certified Physical Preparation Specialist (CPPS). Individual Rates:

Monthly Training Packages

  • 1 Session Per Week: $180 per month ($45 per Session)
  • 2 Sessions Per Week: $330 per month ($41.25 per Session)
  • 3 Sessions Per Week: $500 per month ($38.50 per Session)
  • Unlimited Weekly Sessions: $650 per month

Flexible Training Packages

  • One Session, 60 minute Training Session: $60
  • Five Pack, 60 minute Training Sessions: $270 (10% OFF)
  • Ten Pack, 60 minute Training Sessions: $500 (18% OFF)

Online Programming

  • Initial Assessment & Program Development: $100
  • Monthly Check In Meeting with Adjustments: $50

Semi-Private Rates:

The coach will be focused on you and 1 other person during your session. You can book this as a pair (priced per person) or be paired with another CSW client. You will still have your own custom programming and workouts with the full support of the coach, but will be sharing the gym and the coach with one other person. Workouts will happen simultaneously (so no waiting). 

Families: We are excited to work with you! We love working with families of any size to make an engaging and fun family workout. Family Pricing is the full price Individual Rate for the first family member then half price for each additional family member. 

Training Camp: Attention Athletes of all ages and abilities. Get your team together for 2 or 3 days of customized team training. Each Training Camp requires at least 5 athletes. Reach out for more information on our Collegiate, High School, Middle School and Club Camps. 

Monthly Packages

  • 1 Session Per Week: $140 per month
  • 2 Sessions Per Week: $275 per month
  • 3 Sessions Per Week: $400 per month
  • Unlimited Weekly Sessions: $600 per month

Athlete's Training Camp

  • 2 Session Per Week: $75 per month per person
  • 3 Sessions Per Week: $100 per month per person 
  • Minimium 5 Participants needed to start a Training Camp

Family Packages

  • 1 Session Per Week: $180 per month + 50% for each family member
  • 2 Sessions Per Week: $330 per month + 50% for each family member
  • 3 Sessions Per Week: $500 per month + 50% for each family member

B.A.S.I.C Training is held on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays at 6:00pm

B.A.S.I.C. (Building A System of Integral Components) Training is our small group training option. These sessions take place three days per week, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

While we strive to be individualized in our approach to training, we recognize that not everyone needs a specific individual approach to their exercise. They recognize that training in a group leads to increased motivation and an intoxicating “team” atmosphere. The B.A.S.I.C. training program is designed to train all areas of fitness, including muscle gain, strength, endurance, power, explosiveness, and conditioning. Workouts change monthly to train each of these qualities more directly. All exercises are modifiable to work around various limitations or considerations. While not written for each specific individual, the workouts are designed with common human issues in mind, and clients have seen amazing results from their time working with us!

The training split is as follows. On Monday we train the upper body, Wednesday is lower body-focused, and Fridays tend to be more full-body, high-intensity interval (HIIT) style sessions. Many group training facilities change workouts daily or weekly, never accomplishing a sufficient training stimulus to make true improvement. We follow the same workout for each individual day on a 4-week cycle, then we shift our training focus to a new quality and program for the next 4 weeks. This allows your body sufficient time to adapt and improve from the training stimulus without plateauing from following the same program for too long.

Meet Jeremiah, BS, CSCS, CPPS!

Jeremiah RoweJeremiah Rowe is the Lead Personal Trainer and Strength Coach with Case Specific Wellness.

He has a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University and experience with Performance Training for Athletes of All Ages, Rehabilitation Training and Training for Weight Loss and Healthy Lifestyle. In 2019 he completed his exams for the CSCS and CPPS certifications.

Nutrition sessions are offered 7a.m. until 8p.m. Monday through Friday.
