Banana & Peanut Butter Overnight Oats


1/2 cup Oats

1/2 cup skim milk

1 tbsp Chia seeds

1 tsp honey

1tbsp peanut butter

1/2 banana


(prepare oats the night before you want to have them ready, also serves as a great pre workout meal!)

Mix 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tsp honey in a jar

Cover the jar with a lid (or plastic wrap) and put it in the refrigerator over night

In the morning, mix the oats and slice a banana on top

Top with a pinch of cinnamon, serve cold, and enjoy!
