Ingredients: 1/2 cup Oats1/2 cup skim milk1 tbsp Chia seeds1 tsp honey1tbsp peanut butter1/2 bananaDirections:(prepare oats the night before you want to have them ready, also serves as a great pre workout meal!)Mix 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter, and 1 tsp honey in a jarCover the jar with a lid (or plastic wrap) and put it in the refrigerator over nightIn the morning, mix the oats and slice a banana on topTop with a pinch of cinnamon, serve cold, and enjoy!
