Ingredients:
1/2 c oat flour, ground
1 small banana
1/4 c pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Directions:
1. Pulse oats in the blender until ground.
2. Add remaining ingredients to blender and blend until well combined.
3. Place batter on skillet over medium heat.
Yield: 6 pancakes
