Administrative Team
Our Leadership and Administration Team at Case Specific Nutrition® is composed of experienced professionals who are passionate about creating a workplace that values collaboration and innovation, for both team members and clients.


Andrew Wade is the Founder and CEO of Case Specific Nutrition, a multi-location dietitian consulting practice dedicated to personalized nutrition counseling and community wellness. Since launching the company in 2014, Andrew has grown it into a thriving organization serving clients across multiple states via brick and mortar and virtual engagement. Under his leadership, Case Specific has become known for blending clinical expertise with a human-centered approach, offering services that span digestive health, medical nutrition therapy, performance nutrition, and long-term wellness.
Beyond his core practice, Andrew is a passionate entrepreneur and investor. He holds ownership in multiple ventures, including a fast-growing meal prep company, and is developing a nationwide network to expand access to quality nutrition care. A recognized voice in the field, Andrew regularly shares insights through his podcast, YouTube channel, and speaking engagements, where he explores the intersections of food, health, and business innovation.
Andrew’s philosophy is rooted in the belief that sustainable health comes from education, empowerment, and connection. He brings this same mindset to his leadership—building strong teams, nurturing professional talent, and advancing the role of dietitians in healthcare.
When he’s not working with clients or scaling his businesses, Andrew enjoys fitness training, golf, hiking and travel. He lives by the principle of “case specific”—that each individual’s journey is unique, and success is built by meeting people where they are.

Alexis earned her master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh and her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Eastern Michigan University, where she was a member of the women’s swim team. With a background as both an athlete and a dietitian, she is passionate about helping others understand how to fuel their bodies for optimal health and performance. Alexis strives to provide personalized, sustainable nutrition strategies that fit each person’s lifestyle. Her goal is to empower individuals to feel their best, both inside and out.

As a registered dietitian, Ava brings a detail-oriented and compassionate approach to nutrition counseling. She earned her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh and specializes in pediatrics, women’s health, disordered eating, and motivational interviewing. Ava is passionate about helping individuals navigate the challenges of food allergies and sensitivities—something she understands firsthand and manages many herself.
Ava's philosophy centers on meeting clients where they are, providing personalized guidance, and fostering a positive relationship with food and body image. Through education and empathetic counseling, she aims to empower individuals to build sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. While she takes nutrition seriously, Ava also believes food should bring joy—ice cream happens to be her favorite, and she encourages others to find their own balance between nourishment and enjoyment

Becca earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Michigan, where she was also a member of the cross country and track teams and a multiple-time All-American. She has worked in two collegiate athletic departments as a sports dietitian and has experience supporting clients in intensive outpatient and residential eating disorder programs. She takes a gentle, collaborative approach, helping people find changes that feel realistic, sustainable, and truly their own

Rebecca received her Bachelor of Science in Health + Sport Studies from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and completed her dietetic internship through Adagio Health in Pittsburgh, PA. Rebecca began working as an RD in an acute care hospital before transitioning into work with a private practice. Today, she uses that background to provide individualized guidance for clients seeking to improve their health, manage conditions, and build sustainable habits to fit each client’s lifestyle. Outside of working with clients, Rebecca enjoys traveling, being active and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Corbin received his Bachelor's of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the Pennsylvania State University, as well as earned his Master's of Health Science with concentrations in Health Promotion/Disease Prevention from Cedar Crest College.
Passionate about sports and keeping his health paramount, his interest in nutrition was sparked by playing multiple sports in high school and peaking with Division III Collegiate Soccer. Currently, he's pursuing his pro card in the bodybuilding realm.
A believer of realistic approaches, his counseling style leans on the realities of life's lemons when creating nutrition recommendations and promoting balance as the keys to sustainable health and long-term wellness.

Daniel completed his Bachelor's in Dietetics at Ashland University, which is a small college in northeastern Ohio. While competing on the track and field team at Ashland, he was energized by the performance improvements that proper nutrition guidance had on his teammates. Daniel then obtained his Master's in Dietetics while completing his Dietetic Internship at Marshall University. This passion continued into multiple years of hospital experience, where he continued to build his knowledge and practical recommendations for chronic disease states. Daniel loves forming individualized goals to fit anyone's personal health and nutrition experience.

Danielle is a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people heal their relationship with food, body, and self. Her work focuses on eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image — blending evidence-based nutrition with compassion and curiosity.
Outside of her professional world, you’ll usually find her eating something yummy, traveling somewhere new, or spending time with friends and family. She believes nourishment goes far beyond what’s on the plate — it’s about fostering connection, joy, and balance in everyday life.
Danielle strives to make nutrition approachable, supportive, and free from judgment, and she’s always open to meaningful conversations that spark growth and understanding.

Hillary is a passionate and experienced nutrition professional with a decade of expertise spanning school nutrition education, pediatrics, and adult nutrition counseling. She began her journey at the University of Dayton, where she earned her undergraduate degree, and went on to complete a Coordinated Master’s in Nutrition at the University of Pittsburgh.
Hillary thrives on helping others understand the connection between what we eat and how we feel. She has a special interest in digestion, supporting hormonal health, and fueling the body for energy and vitality, always focusing on what works best for each unique individual.
When she’s not empowering others to achieve their health goals, Hillary enjoys slow coffee mornings, hiking, yoga, and traveling with her husband, Justin, and their mini Aussie, Pickles. She’s also a foodie at heart, and on weekends, you can often find her exploring local restaurants in Raleigh.

Jesse holds a Master’s in Applied Nutrition-Dietetics from the University of New England and a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, he is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, working with clients from high-level athletes to those new to fitness. By combining all his expertise, Jesse uses food and movement as medicine to help clients optimize health, enhance performance, prevent and manage disease, and improve not only lifespan but overall healthspan- guiding each client with individualized, science-based strategies to build sustainable habits that support lifelong wellness and peak performance.

Laura received her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh and completed her undergraduate studies at Lafayette College, where she played D1 women's lacrosse. Laura's experience in college athletics sparked a deep interest in how nutrition can fuel performance and overall well-being. She believes in an “all foods fit” philosophy, promoting balance and moderation as the keys to sustainable health and long-term wellness. Food is fuel, and through a holistic approach, Laura empowers her clients to make mindful choices that support their individual health goals.
When she’s not being a dietitian, Laura is a mom (both dog and human!), she loves to cook and experiment in the kitchen, and she is a true foodie at heart. She is originally from New Jersey, but has called Pittsburgh her home for over a decade.

Leah is a licensed registered dietitian with over 10 years of experience helping individuals build healthier relationships with food and make sustainable, long-term improvements to their overall health. She has supported clients in managing a wide range of conditions, including general health, weight management, diabetes management, gut health, PCOS, women’s health, pregnancy, heart health, and more. Using a compassionate, evidence-based approach, Leah focuses on both physical well-being and emotional wellness. She believes food should be enjoyable, satisfying, and stress-free. Fueled by her passion for empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their food and well-being, Leah is dedicated to providing the best possible care tailored to the unique lifestyle and goals of each client.

Lisa received her Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science & Sports Nutrition from the University of Connecticut and completed her Dietetic Internship as well as her Master of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has worked in a wide variety of nutrition care settings, including University sports, outpatient clinical, cardiac rehab, long-term care, home health, gyms, and private practice. She strives to make each person who walks into her office feel heard and supported. Her "science meets real-life application" approach allows clients to work towards their goals in an easy-to-digest way, but that is also rooted in data/facts.
Finally, Lisa wants to be known for being someone who is a good listener, detail-oriented, empathetic, and flexible; to help meet her clients where they are and to encourage a positive relationship with food and their health.

Madison completed her undergraduate studies and received her Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh. Madison's goal is to teach clients that nutrition does not have to be black and white to accomplish health-related goals, and she focuses on creating sustainable habits that can last a lifetime. By providing support and meeting clients where they are, Madison guides her clients through making positive dietary and lifestyle changes to accomplish their individual goals.

Michelle is your go-to nutrition advocate and cheerleader who has been a practicing Dietitian for over 14 years. She attended Ohio University for her Bachelor's in Nutrition, and has had extensive experience helping clients meet their personal health, physique, and wellness goals. Michelle is a food-first advocate whose love for the outdoors and weight training has shaped her Sports Nutrition background and emphasis on fueling for performance. She also has experience helping clients find relief and care for their gut health and hormonal health. Michelle's passion is helping clients sift through the misinformation and help translate evidence-based nutritional science into thoughtful, nourishing plans for everyday eating! She's excited to work with you!
