Although, under eating can be extremely harmful. Individuals need adequate energy to carry out their body’s basic functions. There can be a time and place for keto, when done correctly and under the right circumstances. But, there is never a time or place to push women to chronically under eat.

This week we’re shining a spotlight on our CSSDs This week we’re shining a spotlight on our CSSDs! What’s a CSSD? A Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) is an additional credential for registered dietitians (RD) with experience in sports dietetics. 

You’d be surprised by the various components of a CSSD credential. It encompasses not just sports nutrition and performance optimization, but also diet and exercise for chronic diseases management and eating disorder intervention and prevention!
