My name is Andrew Wade, and I am the founder & CEO of Case Specific Nutrition. I first envisioned starting a nutrition company at 15 years old. I started Case Specific Nutrition™ in August of 2013 while working in the Food Industry. In January of 2014, I committed to Case Specific Nutrition full-time, and alongside my wife, began devoting all of our professional energy into the vision of a wellness organization that helps all individuals navigate their personal health and wellness goals.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Dietetics & Nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh and completed my Dietetic Internship at Adagio Health. I completed my Master’s in Wellness & Human Performance at the University of Pittsburgh and am currently credentialed as a Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).
In addition to counselling as a Registered Dietitian, I produce the CSN3M Mindset Monday Podcast. I am also the creator of the mobile app “Rate My Day”, the co-founder of Case Specific Meal Prep and the online habits course the Optilife Academy, and the author of the two e-books “Marathon Ready Runner’s Nutrition Guide: a quick reference tool” and “How to Start a Thriving Practice”.
Outside of Case Specific, I sit on the Boards of the University of Pittsburgh’s Dietetics Program, the NASH Knowledge Foundation, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as the State Reimbursement Representative.
