Our CSN Proactive Panel is custom built during your appointment to target what your medical history and concerns are most focused on. The average out of pocket cost for the panel is $250, a huge savings of both time and money when compared to insurance based lab access.
Genetic Testing
We use this for those who are struggling with weight loss or performance recovery, and have tried various approaches to lifestyle change as well as athletes looking to better understand and optimize their fueling and training preferences. This helps us better identify the balance of macro and micro nutrients, as well as make recommendations on the exercise that will have the largest effect on fat loss, blood sugar control, and cholesterol levels! The cost is $250 for a test, and the test is completed at our office.
