I am new to protein supplements but Daily Whey is exactly what I am looking for: low carb. This product tastes great and is an excellent way to boost your protein during meals and snacking. I typically add it to oatmeal or mix it with my yogurt. Case Specific Nutrition™ even provided me with additional recipe ideas when I subscribed!
