Ingredients
- 1/4 C flour
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp applesauce
- 3 tbsp low fat milk
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a coffee mug and microwave for 1 minute.
Let cool, enjoy.
