A Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) is an additional credential for registered dietitians (RD) with experience in sports dietetics. You’d be surprised by the various components of a CSSD credential. It encompasses not just sports nutrition and performance optimization, but also diet and exercise for chronic diseases management and eating disorder intervention and prevention!
